The first time you sign in to your ePEN account you will be prompted to enter the login ID that was provided to you and the email address you provided when your ePEN account was created. Using this information, the system will then walk you through the creation of a minimum of four security questions which can be used to recover your account if you should forget your password in the future. You will then be prompted to create your ePEN password. Finally, you will return to the ePEN Login screen where you can login using the Login ID and Password fields in the Existing Users section of the screen. Any questions arising from this process can be directed to your supervisor.
