To recover your account, the system will need to identify you through your login ID and your eMail address. Then you will be asked to answer some of the security questions you set up the first time you logged in to ePEN. Once that is complete you will be able to create a new password. Finally, you will return to the Sign in screen where you can login using the Login ID and Password fields in the Existing User section of the screen. Any questions arising from this process can be directed to your supervisor.
